As a 23 year old, I can tell you that it only gous downhill from 22 (sorry actual old people)

 

you know what they say...nobody likes you when you’re 23

 

I’m 30 and i think it’s great

 

to be honest, I’m enjoying my 30s more than my 20s

 

if my 30s aren’t better than my 20s I’m in for a tough run because it really can’t get much worse than the past 9 years of my life

 

I feel infinitely more sure of myself and comfortable than i was at, say, 24. Plus, I’ve decided that I’m going to get hot as fuck when I’m in my 40s. I’m alright looking now, but I’m going to look incredible.

 

I'm only 19, and suddenly having pop-stars my age (Billie, Olivia, etc.) while I'm still fiddling with Logic Pro in my bedroom is fucking terrifying, it feels like I'm falling behind already.

I’m 28 and maybe 20 people total have ever listened to my music and they all post on this site, I’ve been doing it for almost a decade

 

but my 40s are too close

 

Only one person did this to me for my birthday and I was very disappointed that others didn't take up the opportunity

 

was always weird how quick people were to write off that it was a lab leak when it's obviously the first place to look. Seems like that is probably what it was which needs to be taken seriously to prevent this from happening again.

 

in my personal experience the hangovers are worse, but there's been way less emotional trauma and self-destructive behavior.

 

oh you must be one of those socialists who believe we should all be the same age. i worked hard to get to 35, i shouldn’t have to give it up to a 17 year old who hasn’t earned it

 

was reading something recently, 30s were considered the best decade for a lot of people. It makes sense. 20s are so tumultuous. you're really just figuring shit out with the awareness to actually be able to do it (unlike in your teens where your brain is still developing).

 

20's were more fun in the traditional sense, 30's have been far more satisfying and fulfilling.

I’m 32 and am finally somewhat comfortable in my own skin and truly don’t give a fuck what other people thing. It’s a great feeling and took me forever to get here.

 

I'm definitely enjoying the age that I'm at, but I'd be lying if I said I haven't absolutely woken up more than once in a cold sweat as the realization randomly hit me that, best case scenario, more than half of my life is most likely behind me.
