I started a new medication and anything high abv puts me to sleep, so gonna have to just bring those types of beers to shares and have a small amount

 

I'm very jealous of y'all getting all your summer releases. I've had some great stouts and porters of late - the only good thing about winter!

two stouts (vanilla wafer and banana/coffee) and a golden sour/grapes from a vineyard collab for my wife from burial

 

Man, nothing beats a fresh Julius

 

Typically not into sours but this one is hitting the spot tonight.

stepped back from the craft brew world for a pretty long time due to my constant in and out cycle of rehabs and recovery houses and the hospital and stuff, though it’s obvious to me and every counselor/therapist I’ve had that alcohol is a non factor in my condition so as long as I just watch myself and don’t get too much of a buzz it’s not really a problem. I say all this because I’m finally comfortable sipping on some craft brews again and it’s lovely, I’ve missed the exploration of new breweries and releases over the last 6-7 months. currently sipping a Levante brewing Tickle Parts. cheers.
