The only streaming services I’ve had issues with is peacock. There’s a sound issue that takes a few seconds to level out.

Anyone else still having issues with HBO Max? Went down for me last night and I still cant log on.

anyone watch mare of easttown? reviews seem good

 

I started watching Mare last night. 3 episodes in and very much enjoying it. Plan on finishing it tonight or tomorrow.

 

I enjoyed it overall but there are some misses.

 

Burham was really good, but I didn't laugh. It was very cathartic and I was blown away that he did all the lighting and stuff himself. Some really good things going on there. Also, it's a shame to say this, but as a comedian, and one that built his shtick around irony, I can't tell if some of his act was serious or not. Will definitely be watching it again.

Y’all been keeping up with Hacks? I fuck with the two episodes a week thing, been spacing it out so I get a new episode once every few days. Haven’t watched ep6 yet but everything else so far has been fantastic

 

I’m all caught up. Solid progr’m so far.

Hacks is great. So is Mare of Easttown.

 

Between Hacks, Mare, and my first watch through of Frasier, Jean Smart has been all over my tv.

 

I gave it a chance because of Seth Cohen and fell asleep watching the first episode.

 

I’ve heard two distinctly different opinions about mare so I haven’t dove in

 

Mare is worth watching.

Inside was incredible. Bo is too talented for this world. Watching that was like opening a door directly into his brain, I’m so thankful he made that and shared it. It was so intimate that it almost felt like it wasn’t even meant to be seen, haha

 

Mare of Easttown is the level of quality that The Outsider should have been but didn’t keep after E2.

also, as a transplant to the state of PA, the accents/food choices are an amusing treat

 

i wonder if loraine helped with inside. i know the credits list bo specifically doing everything, but there were a few shots with a zoom that, with my extremely limited knowledge of camera work, seem like they would require a second person?
