  7. If they move Copa America games to US, I wonder if Charlotte would get a game.

  8. It makes a ton of sense for Charlotte to be an option. A huge stadium in a great location, and in a city that is about to have their inaugural MLS season. It’d probably provide a big boost in season tickets.

I’d think they’d want a summer tournament (especially in the Southern Hemisphere’s winter) in the air conditioned domes as much as possible. That’s what… Atlanta, Minneapolis, Detroit, and Dallas? Seattle weather is fine over the summer, so that’d be good, too, despite not being indoors.

Something annoys me about ESPN screenshotting a tweet and sticking another photo in the background and then tweeting that. Just quote retweet you ghouls

I think United's attack will be too strong for Villareal to deal with, if I was a betting man I'd put some money on a 3-1 win

    hmmm

Conte instantly looks for a way out if he thinks a club isn't matching his ambition every season, so yeah, that would surprise me.

At least in this case, it appears to be an ESPN employee.

Also, it cracks me up that ESPN is called "Disney" in the La Liga US TV deal. It's not technically wrong, but it's not really technically right, either.

Conte is not a man to get if you want to rebuild. He’s a man for short term success with teams of 30+ year olds.
