If they move Copa America games to US, I wonder if Charlotte would get a game.

 

It makes a ton of sense for Charlotte to be an option. A huge stadium in a great location, and in a city that is about to have their inaugural MLS season. It’d probably provide a big boost in season tickets.

 

I’d think they’d want a summer tournament (especially in the Southern Hemisphere’s winter) in the air conditioned domes as much as possible. That’s what… Atlanta, Minneapolis, Detroit, and Dallas? Seattle weather is fine over the summer, so that’d be good, too, despite not being indoors.
