I'm about 1/2 way through and yeah I love the art style. I agree some of the puzzles are pretty difficult with not much of a hint system. I got stuck on the ink blots one to put into the telescope for so long!

 

That one threw me for a loop too haha. A couple of later puzzles had me really stumped, as well.

 

Ok, this is cool. Gotta love Costco.

 

Fml I’ve been looking for a new TV and this is detrimental to my wallet/thought processing.

 

I bought one recently. It was a nightmare and now I have a mediocre TV. I ran out of options because I did not want OLED or anything than 50”, which left me with exactly one TV that has HDMI 2.1 i.e. 4K/120FPS. At least it was pretty cheap.

 

All right, finished Doom Eternal. What a fucking awesome game.

It’s the LG Nano85 (86 in Europe) from last year. If you can go 55” or beyond you have several better options however. I actually know this stuff now so I can help you out if you want lol

 

Honestly have been wanting an LG for some time now, definitely looking this up. Always felt the picture quality across most models friend’s had were excellent, and I don’t think I wanna go above 55” this time because the space range in my living room is smaller now.

I had a Vizio S series 65” that was pretty great, but my ex dumped me when I moved to Denver and won’t tell me what she did with it lol. She was holding onto it and eventually was supposed to come out here, but then was like perhaps not.

 

How was it? I'm no good at roguelikes and I'm struggling to get through "Code Vein" right now.

 

It’s great. Highly recommend, and even though it’s hard as hell sometimes it’s absolutely worth it. Great world building, combat, and looks beautiful.

 

Cool, good to know. I need a new game for my ps5 after beating Yakuza 7, I'll take a look at "Returnal" then.

 

Replaying Gris again, a game where I can't die, because the last few levels of Doom Eternal were a little too stressful for me haha. I can't believe I was able to play Doom Eternal and Nier: Automata for just $1, though. And honestly, going up to $9.99/mo isn't that bad. I think I'll hang onto Game Pass the same way I do Spotify: I still buy CDs, but I also stream when there's something I want to check out. I'm downloading Spiritfarer, which also sounds not stressful haha

 

I do not understand the hint notes like at all. They make absolutely no sense when trying to solve the puzzles

It seems like they are buying out all the stock in playing/trading cards of some sort. I assume Pokémon cards since it was shared here but, I couldn’t tell from the look of the packs

I think target has completely just stopped doing it because of an incident that happened at their stores but the new policy was only one card pack purchase and you have to get in line and they only come out on Friday.

 

Yeah some looney tune pulled a gun over the cards at a Target so they stopped carrying them at all locations.

How the fuck do you consider murder as an option when buying Pokémon cards. I can’t even comprehend.
