How the heck do you not release pre-orders today? Song is still falling flat for me before the final chorus. Wish the drums were present in the first two chorus' except maybe not that double-time fast that's in the final one.

Still excited, but what a weird way to promote a single and not jump into pre-orders.

Haven't we already heard 4 singles - Rebel Girl, Kiss & Tell, All That's Left Is Love, Euphoria?

 

Both Tom and Aaron Rubin seemed to confirm All That’s Left Is Love will not be on the album.

All these comments got me hyped for the single and I was pretty underwhelmed by it. It's ok, but I've listened to it on 2 systems and I think it feels like the mix is a little odd. The end is just a sonic disaster - gives me Bloc Party 'Intimacy' vibes when its just a wall of noise.
Maybe it'll grow on me though.

 

Looks like we are in phase two (of eight phases) of whatever Project Dreamland entails. As we all know, it’s gonna be a long game.

 

I’m guessing there might be a movie and a book tied in since this is Tom after all. Maybe a little “making of” documentary thing too?

 

They've had that guy documenting everything since the "reunion" in 2019. I think Tom said that documentary was gonna come alongside the album.

 

Interesting that David Kennedy isn’t listed on any of the writing credits on the Youtube video. He’s pretty much just a touring member at this point.

 

Anyone in the fan club know how much the NYC tickets cost?

 

He pretty much said as much on Toby Morse’ pod - he just came by while they recorded but he’s not on the album.

 

He said on the Toby Morse podcast he didn’t record anything on the album.

Song's not really doing it for me. Sadly I think I've outgrown this band. Kinda bittersweet.
