honestly don't remember the last time I got more than six hours of sleep

 

i can't function on sub six hours of sleep for too many days in a row.

 

I went from sleeping about 4 hours a night at basic, to 8+ at Fort Hood/AFG, to about 6 or 7 now. Any less than six and I'm dead to the world, a la today.

 

This was a stupid comment that is now modified.

I can get anywhere between 5 hours to 8 hours of sleep. I also have ambien to help if I have trouble falling asleep, but I don't take it more than twice a week.

 

I only need 3-4 but even that is hard sometimes. Apparently, I'm going to die earlier than most people my age bc I don't sleep enough.

 

I can get ten hours of sleep and I'm still tired

 

I need a nap right now for the ambien hangover I have. Getting old sucks.

 

I just shovelled a burger and large fries into my mouth in 2 mins and I'm strongly considering ordering pizza when I get home

 

I sleep about 7-8 hours every day, feels good.

 

7-8hours is the ideal

 

A burger at 9 AM sounds questionable until I remember that not everyone is in my time zone. Now I know what I'm getting for lunch, though.

My dog has been staying up and is scared of our bedroom light and growls at it so not only am I suffering from lack of sleep but I also have to burn my new house down bc of the demons/ghosts the dog can see and we can't.

 

The more I think about, the more I am certain that we underestimated the damage Zach Braff did to films when he released Garden State.

Yeah she sleeps on the bed or on her own bed by ours. Now she can't sleep if she's not directly behind my wife's head hiding or under my legs. That or she's so tired from the night before of freaking out she passes out.

 

that's so sad! my dog has very bad anxiety and i'm afraid it's going to shorten his life. luckily nighttime is the one time where he feels very safe/comfortable.

 

It only started in the last two days I don't understand and it's only in our bedroom. She's just constantly looking at the light and growling. I'm already have trouble sleeping and have fear of the dark so it's keeping me up. I had that same fear initially about it shortening her life :( dogs are the best even when they're the worst

At least that's not the worst emoji to accidentally text your dad , could have been an eggplant
