I'm not being combative, I don't care about what console/company is better at what area. I found it funny that you just said something is incredibly obvious and me, a person who plays wayyyyy more than the average gamer, doesn't think it is because I have no strong opinions towards any of this shit nor much knowledge.

The thing is I'm definitely a Sony fanboy, but I'm not blind haha. Xbox does a great job actually informing people and staying connected.

I mean, Xbox has no choice and had to go all in on good messaging and communication after the mess of last gen. They had to figure shit out and change otherwise it was only going to get worse.

 

They were good at it during the 360 too, with Major Nelson and all that. Not my cup of tea but they always did a lot of things right in that regard.

 

Major Nelson has always had a good social media presence to varying degrees.

I think the butt kicking Microsoft took last Gen was a blessing in disguise. They’ve definitely turned around and are learning from it. Where as Sony seems to have gotten a bit too cocky from their success last Gen.

 

People do need to understand that that was relative. The Xbox One was very successful. It just wasn’t number one. Same for the PS3. It doesn't matter like people think it does. As long as we're not in WiiU territory.

I’m sure Microsoft wasn’t exactly happy with Xbox One selling less than Xbox 360 even if though the numbers for XONE weren’t Wii U numbers. They really made sure to listen to community and improved a lot since last Gen.

 

They did end up making more money with the Xbox One than the 360, the way I remember it, so they were happy enough

It's pretty crazy to see the jump in quality between 1 & 2 when 1 is already a pretty good game. 2 just blows it out of the water. Everything feels so much better.

 

Excited to get onto 2 but ME is giving me Dragon Age (Origins) level Bioware vibes and can see myself just sinking hours upon hours.

 

What are the odds we get a small glimpse of the next mass effect at E3? I know EA play isn’t until later in the summer
