NIN are boring? Oh lordy.

Imagine having written these songs, but never really performing them live because you felt it wouldn’t do it justice. (Perfect Drug was played a number of times this last tour, for the first time ever, but he waited 20 years).

Deep is just so fucking cool.

It took me a longgggg time to get into NIN honestly

 

I can get down with that. I’ve always had an affinity for Colly Strings tho. Cope is definitely as a whole a album I love. Production aside obviously.

 

I should listen to Hope eventually. Not sure why I’ve never listened to it.

 

I also had a brother who strictly listened to NIN and Kyuss as I was growing up. So it was only a matter of time

true but let it storm is my least fav on the album and telepath is my fav so I’m grouping the first six together lol

 

Yeah imo Let It Storm is the only “good” song. The rest are great.

 

the bridge of let it storm rules and the tone of the fuzzed out solo is one of my favorite parts of the record. but, yeah, the songwriting of the song bare bones is the “worst” of the album

 

it’s still a great song imo
