It's funny, I was pretty against getting married and having kids before I realized I was trans, but now that I'm a year into transition I've done a total 180. Knowing I'll never able to have children biologically really sucks, tbh. I'd most likely consider adoption if I found a partner that wanted to go that route.

 

I have an alias named Veronica that I use sometimes when I don't wanna give someone my real name. I never came up with a backstory tho!

If i do have kids I'd prefer foster or adoption but it seems so expensive. Nothing is coming outta this body tho!

 

I'm Harry styles on the weekend and cobra on the week days. It works great.

also I've never been to an actual fancy wedding. I've only been to a courthouse one and they broke up a few months later.

 

My oldest brother's wedding was probably somewhere around 30k. Idk who payed for it, definitely not my parents. It sucked. I got pretty ill, his friends are all rich assholes from his frat, and it was in Arizona and blazing hot. Open bar was the only plus. Another brother had his wedding in our backyard and it was just family and friends and that was a ton of fun.

 

Most weddings I go to suck. I've learned that white ppl rustic country pinterest weddings are the worst 99% of the time.

The last wedding I went to fooled me with amazing appetizers but then the drinks and main food suuuuucked.

each meal cost about 100 bucks per person. there were a 100ish ppl there, if not more. that alone is 10k. it's absurd.

Agh I don't know if that date went so well or if she's into me at all. It was a third date I guess but we only went to the movies and it was apparently too late for her to stay out. And future plans are tbd.

Also I don't know if she finds me super boring or just has kind of a dry personality

 

On the subject of boredom, how many people have we all been on dates with that are boring as hell?

I think my boredom threshold is out of whack, because it is a high number for me. Some people seriously lack stimulating conversation.

 

Honestly I'm surprised that so many people even go on dates....

 

I haven't been on a date since HS.

 

Sometimes I get bored in the middle of my own self talking and I wonder if it'll be worse to just abruptly stop or keep going

 

Hung out with some of my friends, girlfriends friends over the weekend.
Really clicked with one of them. I'm definitely not her usual type, but as she said she's "Trying to go for guys she wouldn't normally go for because she keeps ending up with assholes, and she's hoping to find someone nice".
Going on a date next weekend, really hoping it goes well because she is an absolute babe, very intelligent and pretty funny.

 

I totally understand. There are times where I'm talking and feel like I'm rambling on. Depending on what I'm saying I'll usually just stop.

i went to a party with naked girls making out with each other and i guess that's just what life is like when you're not in a relationship. tbh i'm a little grossed out with myself. i didn't do anything but it's like...not a story i'm ever going to tell anyone i have genuine interest in, you know?

 

I haven't really done many dates. Normally I'm the one who carries the conversation which is funny cuz I suck at that, I'm just trying really hard. I've never really been bored on a date. I mean normally I just go get coffee with them and then walk to the beach and talk for an hour or two -- it's not super exciting but it's fun to get to know someone.

 

I have a really hard time dealing with uncertainty. When I can't tell if someone likes me I worry about it constantly.
