Ghost ship is great, and there’s a great scream factory edition out there

 

Sorry if it’s been talked about already in here, but what do you guys think of the Apple series Calls? I haven’t started it yet but it sounds intriguing.

Finished it lastnight. It’s sooo good and sooo creepy.

 

Enjoye dthe opening and closing sequences of Child's Play 3, but the middle portion is kind of silly and makes it feel like a nothing movie. Definitely the series slump iirc. Bride of Chucky tonight.

Sounds dumb, but I can’t stand how many ad-libbed “21”s 21 Savage has every track. It’s so much that I kinda miss his bars in expectation of the next one.

 

Leatherface: TCM III is on HBO Max, hell yes

 

Double featured Bride of Chucky and Thirteen Ghosts tonight, both whip ass

 

Still waiting on Next Generation to pop up somewhere

 

I’ve thought about getting the Scream Factory BD, I still chuckle at how Matthew and Renee sued to stop the original artwork for that.

 

Is that the artwork with them on the cover? Because that's the DVD I have, lol. But the chainsaw lipstick artwork is iconic

 

I rewatched both recently. 13Ghosts was one I watched ALOT growing up and I think it still holds up well. The ghost designs are next level. And Bride I remember watching once when I was younger, so I didn’t remember a lot of it, but I had a fucking BLAST watching it again.

 

Woah what? I remember seeing them on the cover but didn't know they sued hahaha

 

Best thing I've read all day...

I watched both Bride of Chucky and Seed yesterday....Seed is soooooooo bad. Jennifer Tilly is the only reason I got through it.

 

Hoo boy. That's tonight's movie, so maybe I'll pair it with something that will wash the taste down. I don't remember much aside from Redman, Brittany Spears, John Waters, and the new doll.

 

Old shame dies hard I guess. It was a cool cover though.

 

Gonna be honest, I didn't hate Seed of Chucky lol. It's dated and most of the jokes don't land, but it's bold enough to be more memorable than Child's Play 3

Excited to get to Curse and Cult though. Seem to remember those being much better, especially for direct to video installments.
