Not yet but all these cancellations/tour announcements are painting a confusing picture of what the next 4-5 months will like. NYC's mayor is pushing for a 7/1 date for the city to be fully open yet we're at, like 40% vaccinated so...I dunno man.

I have SOAD/Korn in LA and Aftershock (Danny Wimmer Festival) in Sacramento both in October and I'm starting to feel less optimistic with more tours postponing. Although both those shows aren't tours, it still raises concerns of what's to come.

I was feeling optimistic about it, considering that the bands have been saying it's "looking good" as recently as last week. But none of them were over the top about it, or even saying it was definitive. And I don't doubt that when Billie-joe, Weezer, etc. said what they said that they thought it would be moving forward.

But there's so many factors that may be in play behind the scenes that I can easily see something quite literally changing overnight and having the tour get postponed. I would almost feel better about it if that article said that date was getting outright cancelled.

So yeah. Big ol' question mark.

I mean I’m sure that tour was a bitch and a half to reschedule for this year. It’s a baseball stadium tour and had to schedule days when the teams where out of town. And mlb doesn’t release schedules this year well at least not to the public. Behind the scenes for hella mega has to suck. Having to do it again for another year is prolly something they don’t want to have to deal with but will if it’s in the best interest for the tour since I’m sure the majority of all tickets are already sold

Oregon just moved back a risk category a few days ago in a good handful of counties, so I really struggle to see how that Beartooth/Wage War tour will happen in Portland on August. I mean I want to go, but as other people have mentioned the messaging is all sorts of confusing right now. I want to buy tickets to something again, but I also want to feel like there's a 99% chance it's actually going to happen.

I'm super stoked I'm not missing out leaving the city to go to Furnace Fest that weekend. There's tons of big names that would be fun, but I'm still way more hype for FF
