Added Kenny, Ed and Ein to the funko collection today!

 

Watched Steins;Gate this week and absolutely loved it. Anyone know if the sequel series and movie are worth watching? Kind of seemed like it ended well as is

(edit) well I just watched the first 12 episode of Steins;Gate 0 and I’m pretty hooked. I just love these characters so much and if this doesn’t end on a fully happy note I will die.

 

Nagatoro-san is very funny. Enjoyed the first episode

 

I’m almost done with RE Zero. Parts are really good, but it’s really inconsistent and a chore to get through.
My wife and I started Haikyu and we’re enjoying it. I don’t really like slice-of-life anime, but it’s interesting.
I watched the two episodes of To Your Eternity. I know nothing about the manga, but man, this show is depressing so far. The animation, themes, and storytelling are great so far.

 

Season one of Rezero is great, but the pacing of season two is just a slog. They didn't do a good job with it overall, but they did a lot of necessary character development that was completely absent from season one so hopefully it means season three will actually have stuff happen haha.

 

Newest One Punch Man was wild. Made up for the last chapter being short.

 

Personally one piece is my favorite series of any genre for a ton of different reasons. One piece has the rare ability to make me grin from cheek to cheek at any given moment just from watching a bit I have only seen this ability In Gurren laggan and FmaB but neither to the extent that one piece has it.

 

watched all of High Rise Invasion today. I mostly liked it, but the fan service felt bizarre. I explained it to my girlfriend, and she sounded interested, but I told her it wasn't for her. lol

Gonna read the rest of the manga to see what happens. Probably won't watch season two if it happens.

 

Watching a bunch of random stuff right now to see if there's anything out there that's kind of a hidden gem or maybe a little different than what I'd normally watch. Any suggestions?

Somehow I got to a showing that only had like 10 people in it with a theater that could fit like 50 so I was lucky

 

I watched all of Anohana today and absolutely sobbed through most of it. Fucking hell

 

Oh my lord Mugen Train was so good.

 

Read through the rest of High Rise Invasion. Wasn't expecting it to go in the direction it did. It was fun, but the ending left a lot to be desired. Feels like they can milk two more seasons out of it if they want.

 

Mugen Train is already up for purchases on the PSN store for some reason

I don't care about Demon Slayer enough to jump on it, I'll wait until whatever time later, but it is pretty funny they apparently messed up in that way

 

It's pretty damn great

 

If this happened with like the Jujutsu Kaisen movie coming out, then I'd say maybe lol. Of course because of this it'll most likely be on....other places....in some time so if I'm curious enough I'll look for it somewhere in that realm

In other news if you haven't been watching Odd Taxi I'd say to try checking it out. The dialogue and general back and forth is super good, and this week's episode was WILD

Mugen Train is already off PSN. Makes me pissed. This whole delay for digital release is fucking stupid.

 

Hypothetically, if somebody wanted to read the english translated Attack on Titan manga chapters that haven't been released in volumes yet...where would they do that?
