Some of the best sounding records I have. Tremulant in particular blew me away, as well as Plague Upon Your Hissing. Deloused of course sounded incredible too. That’s as far as I got today

 

That’s srsly gorgeous. Feeling jealous but no way I coulda dropped that cash. Maybe one day the records will be sold individually

Yeah, it's a nice set, but it wasn't worth that much to me. I helped my wife buy a car instead.

 

I believe the label owner was hinting at this a few days ago. If the box set sold out that fast I don’t see why they wouldnt press more

 

I assume there's no digital download cards? I'd love the new masters digitally

Noctourniquet is so fucking good. Don’t get the hate for it all

 

I’m definitely due for a revisit of it

 

I adore Noct. "Empty Vessels" and "In Absentia" are up there with their very best

 

It's a good album that's outshined by their fucking GREAT albums. Still real good though

 

i love noctourniquet, i remember hearing it and feeling like i was listening to music from the future!

 

Noctourniquet is probably my third favorite Volta record. Ced's singing in a lower register and the songs have something resembling structure and it doesn't have Frusciante smoothing up the guitar work, so it has a crunchier feel.

 

This so much. Could be because I was playing Mass Effect 3 with it but the whole album feels very ‘space-y’
