You obviously missed the quintessential childhood experience of listening to Aerosmith and then calling your mom.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I enjoyed that. I have a soft spot for the Green Album and this scratches that same big hook itch for me.

 

Im not sure. One time , and I wasnt thrilled. Ill listen again though.... could grow on me... or not.

 

I was really hoping for a reissue of the Green Album for its 20th anniversary this year with all the b-sides but doesn't seem likely

 

There were a ton of good ones from that era too

 

Continue to be stoked on the Van Weezer era

 

It's not bad.

 

It's an album that's inspired by 80's pop rock. That chorus is just that - very good.

I can't stand the verse lyrics but I think he's writing from his childhood pov.
Having that in my mindset when listening to it again changed it for me.
