Definitely is something shitty that Sony would do so the fact that it’s even believable, whether it’s true or not, is the real problem there isn’t it

 

Nintendo and Microsoft are best friends while Sony is the neglected bully that occasionally tries to throw things at them across the cafeteria

 

I mean, from a business standpoint I get it and I would do it too. Microsoft has all of Bethesda and Id and Arkane now and can make all of those exclusives whenever they want. I would absolutely try to block them out.

Sony shouldn’t really be trying to get in a financial arms race with Microsoft, they can’t hope to compete with them in that realm.

I mean, business is business? You going to get mad at Microsoft for buying every studio under the sun and making all these pre-existing multiplatform franchises exclusives? Of course you aren't.

 

You are right, it’s business but Sony would do it in a heartbeat if they could. Anyway, the whole story reads like something my kids would do, lol.

They nuked Verdansk today. Sad. Me and my friends started playing Warzone right as the pandemic got underway and it helped get us through.

 

Gold, which you need to play online, costs money. Now you don’t need it to play free games online.

 

Ahhh okay, that’s pretty cool. I didn’t realize there was an Xbox live that wasn’t gold lol. So if you couldn’t play games online with Xbox live, what was the point of it?

 

There was always some online functionality that was free, just not multiplayer

 

Originally on the 360 there was a silver tier that was a free version. It let you connect to online games but you couldn't be in chats or get Games with Gold. Just so its clear, the update that was released today only pertains to Free to Play games (Apex, Fortnite, Roblox, etc.) IMO its worth it to have gold, especially since its included as part of Games Pass Ultimate and all the perks that come with it.

 

MLB the Show on my Xbox looks so wrong, but feels so right.

Played a good two hours of RDR2 tonight. I know most inhere hate it but it's been fun so far
