I'd say a mass shooting at the Capitol that ends up killing several lawmakers may do something...but that would just make the republicans say they need a right to carry in DC.

There really is nothing because it will always be a debate over more or less gun control with neither side having the utter and clear power advantage

Damn, my brother in-law’s cousin died from COVID yesterday. I didn’t know him, but he was 27 years old and had a wife and baby girl. He was in the hospital fighting it the last couple weeks. My brother in-law is devastated and reading all the comments and posts from the guy’s wife about her agony and frustration over people ignoring COVID is just so upsetting. God damn, get vaccinated, everyone.

This is fucking terrifying.

 

Got my 2nd Moderna dose yesterday at around 1pm, still no side effects. Felt way more foggy headed and arm soreness with the first dose. Hopefully it's still working.

 

Looks like they are expecting a not guilty verdict which I mean.... not shocking at all
