2. Still surprised by those cuts yesterday, and wonder if we're going to see anymore today...

 

Yeah, its pretty incredible...they were basically already perfect at what they make most other wrestlers do after their pushes end (comedy mid-card stuff)...they got consistent crowd reactions, could fill time, and always had amazing social media content.

Feels like theres a lot of current day legends that would have never made it in the current system (thrive in NXT and die on the main roster). Hardys and E&C come to mind the most...if they made their name in ladder matches in NXT and came up to the main roster, they'd get repackaged so fast.

 

Im a little surprised we havent seen a big batch of NXT cuts. There's a group of people like a Kona Reeves that make a lot less budgetary sense to keep than the people that got cut yesterday.

 

Rly glad Miro broke away from Kip Sabian. Now he might finally get a good push.

 

So apparently Kevin Dunn “didn’t get” Billie Kay. I know we talk about how much better off WWE will be once Vince is out of the picture, but holy fuck I cannot wait until Kevin Dunn is as far away from pro wrestling as possible

 

There’s a lot of things Kevin Dunn doesn’t get, such as how to direct action without 50 million camera cuts
