I dunno if this was ever posted in any of the many threads, but this full-album cover by Jenn Champion is pretty solid

 

Much like with the Jimmy Eat World streams, they can't really be taking all of this production value and effort and using it for a ONE TIME ONLY stream...right?!

hahha I totally forgot. I mean, the tour still hasn't been postponed again, which is surprising, but I don't see a world where the tour goes on as planned. And as we know, Van Weezer is supposed to be lined up with the tour mostly so who knows...

 

I believe they’re going to release it...

 

If it was getting delayed again I feel like we'd know about it by now.

 

They literally just released a video for Grapes of a Wrath to promote OK Human again less than an hour ago.

It's coming out on May 7th and it's gonna land with a big THUD.

But I'm still excited.

 

How come no one has ranked albums in this thread yet today?

 

Next Van Weezer single is next week, it's called I Need Some Of That. It features vocals from Ric Ocasek

“The album is due out in three weeks, they would’ve announced the delay by now” is a wild take when they didn’t announce the first delay until two months after the album was supposed to come out

 

Yeah true the current situation is definitely comparable to the situation we were in a year ago lol

 

So to clarify, we have upcoming:

- Van Weezer
- Seasons/SZNS
- A Rivers solo album (I swear I heard that somewhere, but may be wrong)

Am I missing anything?

 

It's pretty clear they're gearing up to release it, as a handful of press streams have been sent out in the last few weeks.

I got this variant at The Vinyl Groove in Bedford a couple weeks ago. They had another copy there

 

I ordered mine *months* ago on Amazon. Was supposed to arrive on Feb. 5, then Feb. 12, then March 1, then April 5 now...no idea?

I went to the local record store to try and find it back in February to hopefully pick it up there and then cancel Amazon order, but no luck.
