Check out the HH webstore, they're very aware that the fans nostalgic for their music from 15 years ago are keeping their current career alive. It's cliche, corny, & even self-deprecating... But who knows, had they not capitalized on their past, we might not have ever gotten Bad Frequencies in 2018. That album rips

 

Theyre doing a reimagined and re-recorded IOYWL for its 15th, normally their merch store doesn’t have that much older format merch. I wouldn’t call it self deprecating...they took the time to completely re record and reimagine the album instead of just slapping the logo on a shirt or repressing the old one and calling it a day

 

"I Used to Listen to Hawthorne Heights in High School" is like ... the definition of self-deprecating.

 

Ok that shirt I give you, though I do love they can rib on themselves that way

 

Speaking of HH, they are playing Orlando next month, performing If Only You Were Lonely in full

 

Speaking of hawthorne heights if your in orlando they will be playing all of there 2ed album in full and red jumpsuit will be playing there 1st album In full

I joked a while back in the TBS thread that touring will come back just in time for a TAYF 20-year tour.

 

I'm surprised at the number of people willing to go to multiple "album play" shows for the same album only a few years apart. Especially for a band like Hawthorne Heights.

I kinda get the Taking Back Sunday thing given that they tour frequently enough that it feels spaced apart (even if it's the same amount of time, the number of tour dates you log can definitely give the person a feel like that's not all that you do).

 

I mean...so does HH. (I love both these bands btw). HH does plenty of non album show touring. Like...quite a bit of it.

 

Got my second shot today. Bring on the concerts.
