Listening to this prompted me to revisit all her albums. Please let Speak Now TV be next and soon, need that Sparks Fly with modern vocals injected into my veins.

I know the rumor is 1989 is the next in August

 

I want Shamrock holdings to rework the contract and cut Scooter out of it entirely.

 

I want her next TV rollout to be shorter. This felt like a long wait.

 

TikTok is pretty convinced she’s announcing the next one tomorrow.

 

Odds are the 1989 rollout already started last month with the Wildest Dreams tease. Would be shocked if the album wasn’t released in July or August.

I didn’t buy the vinyl because I may be moving this summer and I knew it wouldn’t get to me before then, and I didn’t want to deal with the possibility of not being able to change my shipping info and shit. But when I know for sure where I’ll be, I’m def gonna snag all of these on vinyl.

 

How is it not more profitable to build another plant at this point? You’d think UMG would make one just to improve shipping times.

My fiancée has legit lived in the t-shirt since she got it. Comfy as fuck

 

I'm only familiar with the singles off this (1989 and Folklore/Evermore are her only albums I've really gotten into) so this is practically a brand new album for me.

It's so good, but how am I getting such a heavy dose of nostalgia from an album I never listened to before? Some kinda magic

 

My co-worker's daughter was born two years after Fearless came out, yesterday he sent me a video of her playing Love Story on the ukelele at home so I asked, does she know the song because it's simply a famous song, or is it because of the re-releases? He said it's definitely the re-releases, which is pretty cool/crazy to me. Really shows that this is actually reaching a new audience, all these years later.

 

I never listened to Fearless - I got into her with Speak Now and streaming didn't exist back then. This record is SO good. I cannot fucking believe she was a teenager writing this.

 

I'm in a similar boat. I didn't really pay much attention to her outside of singles until Red came out. Listened to this for the first time yesterday and was shocked by how good it was.

I saw someone else also say that there’s X number of hearts and X number of stars and they think that will be the release date for it. Aug 13 I think they said.

I remember reading an article a few years ago presses being very difficult to find/build/manufacture, as well as there being a lot of technical skill necessary to staff plants. Those were the reasons given for why there weren't new pressing plants popping up left and right. But, like, at some point, it just becomes a matter of necessity, right? Not every artist can say "Hey, I'm shipping the vinyl of this April release in November" and have their fans be cool with that.
