Honestly with StS I just aim to lvl up more every run so my deck has more varied cards. It’s ok to lose a lot of runs. Definitely make sure you’re using strength for the Iron Clad dude, and dexterity cards for the knives thrower. Also route your path ahead of time. Look to see which path has the least amount of fights

 

Make sure you don't pack your deck full of cards. You only need to refine a good handful of cards so you can play with a good strategy and be able to predict what cards are coming up in your rotation.

 

Another strategy is to try to do as many elite battles early on as you can so you get good items too, but that’s high risk high reward

 

I’ve never tried this! I’ll start doing that strategy

 

It’s usually good to get rid of several of your basic attack/defend cards that you start each run with. By the time you’re at the end of act 1, you’ll have better cards in your deck and you don’t want to be drawing those weak ones as much.

 

I try to only go the elite path if I see a resting area sometime after, or several ?’s

also this^ I started getting rid of cards as I gained some for a certain strategy, made the strategy flow a lot easier. For example with the silent once I get a poison card or two, I get rid of the basic attack cards

 

I'm such a coward with elites lol

 

Sometimes I can kill them barely losing any HP other times (more often) I just give up and take the xp lol I try to have at least 3 new cards and drop a couple to fit a strategy before I do elites

 

I’m about 6-7 hours into DA:I now and really loving it. Wish I hadn’t slept on this game for so long.

I might play some StS today too. I've been feeling meh this weekend, vaccine shot got me feeling foggy. Was playing Grindstone yesterday and that's a nice sit and relax game, no need to rush.

I'm at my best in StS when I can get rid of most of my basic attack cards and keep my deck around under 15 - 17. There's also a few relics that synergize real nice with cards but that's just straight up RNG luck.

 

Man Disco Elysium is just too fucking good. I’ve never played such a detailed RPG in terms of world building, and no hyperbole this may be the best written game I’ve ever experienced. It has me laughing one moment, and then having immense existential dread the next.

 

Does the gamepass stuff mean goldeneye is more or less possible?
