Well sure. Isn’t that half the deal with RSD anyway? For whatever reason I don’t have it so it’s a nice excuse to pick it up, so I’m stoked.

 

RSD lists are a near-constant disappointment, haha. So many albums that you could dig out and press for the first time, or albums that are insanely hard-to-find on vinyl that you could bring back to the format. For some reason, though, those kinds of releases are the exception rather than the rule.

 

Was really hoping AFI “Sing The Sorrow” was going to be on here this year (or any year). Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think that’s been repressed since the original and they are pricey if you can find one.

It hasn't been repressed, and I wouldn't hold my breath.

 

Why's that? I'm genuinely curious if there is a reason you know of why it hasn't been repressed or why it won't be.

Chiodos Bone Palace presses for pre order

 

Interesting that the tracklisting is in a different order than the CD/streaming version of Grand Coda. Must be a vinyl space issue.

 

Teeth the Size of Piano Keys not being on there makes me not want to buy it, since it's my second fav Chiodos song after Undertaker. I wonder if it got removed for straight up using Bukowski's poem in the lyrics without citing it in the original album notes.

 

Anyone have a original Bone Palace Ballet they’d sell? I have the Hot Topic Grand Code already.

 

I remember asking @Drew Beringer if he was going to review this back on AP before it was released. Read his review of The Always Open Mouth and knew we had very similar taste in music. Hard to believe that was like 15-16 years ago. Anyhow I still listen to this album even after all these years.
