Don’t dislike the rule myself at all. Easy for someone to get caught up in the emotion of seeing a situation that could be serious, which is what I think could be at play. Plenty of reasons to keep the rule and rationalize its place in the game.

 

Yeah dropped 3rd strike has never ever bothered me.

 

So this Walsh guy hit 1 home run in his first 79 ABs in 2019 and 9 home runs in 99 ABs in 2020.
