    We must be signing Bale.

Modric is now Croatia's most capped player. This makes me feel so old because I can remember when he was just a young pup at Dinamo Zagreb wanted by Spurs.

Impressive considering Srna being a Croatia stalwart for what felt like two solid decades

Ireland have got enough about themselves to beat Luxembourg, surely?

Is there a COVID reason we didn’t stack the U-23 tournament roster to make the Olympics? That’s gotta be the only reason we didn’t, right?

Most of our U-23's are already on the first team?

getting them knockout tourney experience is never bad

Yeah I get that but seems like there's a priority to get them as much first team experience as possible too. If anything, I could see them join the roster in July as there are still a number of players from the first team that aren't currently with the squad that would inevitably push out some of the guys there currently? Idk. Just speculating for sure.

Death, Taxes, and the USA not qualifying for the Olympics. What a trash first half performance.

Going to have to retire it at the end of this season. What a run it had.

What a player. Up there with the all-time best PL strikers, and that title-winning goal against QPR was just an absolutely insane moment that may never be topped!

Lewandowski is out for 4 weeks. He probably won't break Gerd Muller's record now.

Wasn’t a fan of the channel, to say the least, but this is pretty sad.

The guy struggled with mental health issues and got baited online constantly by football twitter. I know he made a pretty shitty remark about Son Heung-Min which rightfully was absolutely slammed, but the guy needed help.

Fuck. I guess it's Choupos time to shine now. I still think we are slight favorites against PSG but it will obviously be much harder now. I hope Lewy will be back for the semis if we reach them.

This is mad. I’m guessing a lot of the bottom teams think they could win the Championship, and a couple maybe fancy a league cup run?

Arsenal being so low is probably a reflection of us having had a difficult season and also realism that City/Chelsea looks very strong now and probably stop any team winning domestic trophies next year.

  24. I was randomly looking at the odds for Euros this summer and I found out I can make a parlay on the group winners. Most of them seem fairly obvious but group A feels like the best bet at an upset. Italy are the favorites at -182. Then you have Switzerland +450, Turkey +650, and Wales +650. Am I crazy to lean towards Turkey? I just don't trust Italy lol

Yes, considering Turkey drew 3-3 at home to Latvia last night. I wouldn't be trusting them anytime soon lol
