I know this is done to death, but if you had to pick one sauce as your every day carry, what would it be?

I'm trying to leave some space in my fridge for a special sauce.

 

It's impossible for me to pick one but I will give 3 of my top contenders - HANK Sauce Hank Heat, Palo Alto Firefighters XX, or High River Rogue. This could change daily though. I also went pretty versatile and middle of the road so if you're looking for something unique, these may not necessarily be it! There's a lot of great stuff out there.

 

Might be a hack answer (and I am still new to the hot sauce world) but it would be either Aardvark or the yellow Los Calientes.

 

Still haven't had og Los Calientes or The Classic ugh

 

If I'm going with just 3 sauces, its probably Dirty Dicks, Aardvark, and Los Calientes.

 

Crystal or Fiery Chipotle.

 

my fridge will always have DoubleTake Signature & Green Cholula or Tabasco

Chipotle - Cutino Sauce Co.

This is a good approximation of the Hot Ones Fiery Chipotle which is one of my favorites sauces.

Butterfly Bakery of Vermont. Everything is locally sourced and they donate 5% of every purchase to a food bank nomatter what. They're also great people. They have a newer Reaper Pickle sauce that is especially tasty.

this is legit the best thing I've put on eggs

 

Eaten Alive Smoked Sriracha is one of the tastiest things I've ever put in my mouth, it's not hot at all but it's a damn fine sauce

I also have a recipe for a really tasty hot sauce that I can send you if you want. Takes a month before it's ready but it's absolutely worth it
