People who say Vocaloid is an Anime ;~;

I get that it's new for some people but it still drives me nuts

 

when someone says something to you in a manner that you don't know quite how to respond to but they expect you to have some well-thought-out reply to their weird verbal diarrhea all the same

as a weed smoker:

 

People who aren't paying attention and are walking backwards in your direction while talking or something so you awkwardly try to move out of the way but they're like a magnet drawn to your direction and then eventually run into you. And for some reason I always feel embarrassed even though it's their fault. And usually the person they're talking to is facing you and can see and they just let it happen!

This seems weirdly specific but is also not that uncommon of an occurrence

 

When a tiktok seems like it'll have an interesting topic but they spend half the video as a disclaimer about how it's just their opinion and they don't mean to offend anyone so don't spread hate in the comments etc etc and I'm like omg I just want you to show me the interior design trends that you hate like it's not that srs!!

When the person in front of you in line takes for-ev-er and then your order takes like 10 seconds

 

Writer’s block/prompts that are too open ended

 

The people on Discogs that think their crappy personal photo of their record should be the main photo for a release instead of an actual .jpg of the album art itself. When I’m looking through my collection I wanna see the art not your kitchen table or whatever

 

So I don’t know where to ask this, but the general forum didn’t seem as active. Also I’m definitely annoyed by this so it fits. This person emailed me, and showed one of my passwords. Says they have a compromising photo/video of me, and want Bitcoin. Has anyone else experienced this? The password I don’t use for a whole lot, and I’m sure it’s fake/scam. Though it’s really weirding me out. The video wouldn’t be anything too spend that much money on I’m sure we all do it. Ugh I’m embarrassed

 

It's fake don't worry. There's some thing that scammers use that can dig up a genuine password apparently but that's as far as it goes.

This happened to a coworker a year or two ago and it was 100% a scam. Definitely unsettling getting that email but it never turned into anything so you’re likely good!

 

Yeah I got the same email a few years ago. Like "Uh oh I hacked your webcam and got this video of you I'm going to send to your whole address book!" but since I don't have a laptop and use a desktop that doesn't even have a built in webcam then I think I was pretty safe haha.

 

Yeah lol I also don’t use a desktop so when he told me they hacked my webcam I was all hmmmm lol

 

I had something similar happen last year and I responded to the email with “sweet! Release that shit and let’s make me famous!” and I got a response that said, “please take this seriously” lmao

I almost wanted to say something snarky back, but didn’t want start a dialogue with this person.
