Just listened to Carly Cosgrove for the first time. Good stuff. This is extremely my shit.

 

lofi poppy stuff that is slightly off kilter. reminds me maybe of epoch bands' first couple releases. feels like the kinda thing that people who post in the diy thread would like, for example, but im not gonna post it there bc im the emo man

 

stick with it with Reunion Tour. Used to feel the same. I now think Reunion Tour is their best album and that the opinion I used to hold about it is absurd.

Bumping this. It's Julia Leiby's project. You have most definitely seen their work as a photographer. They have impeccable taste and that comes through in their songwriting here as well. Early Jay Som / Snail Mail / Wished Bone vibes.
