I love that man. And his steaks. And his scrambled eggs, actually. I make those if I'm feeling fancy.

@Ken I've made steaks sort of similarly to that. I heated up a cast iron skillet in the oven, seared steak in pan, then finished cooking in the oven. It's one of my favorite ways to make a steak.

 

Cast iron is the best. Best way to sear burgers, steaks, etc.

 

I can't wait to cook a steak now that I actually have a grill.

 

I haven't had steak in probably 3 years.

Steak scares me at this point, unless it's insanely tender. Since having weight loss surgery, I have to be super careful and it's super annoying.
