Is sense8 any good?

 

Whoa! The Knick is on HBO Max. Cinemax only gave it two seasons before cancelling it in 2017 but it is fantastic and I'm still in mourning.

Season 2 of The Alienist is soooo much better than season 1.

 

Just noticed The Knick which was only on Cinemax has been added to HBOMax. One of the most underrated shows! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to those into dark historical dramas. Lots of surgery though so if you don’t have the stomach for scenes like that, might want to pass on it, but it is GOOD.

the main cast actually feel like real people who enjoy interacting with each other. also the murder case is much more intriguing than the first one.

 

Yes and no.... Season 1 is pretty amazing, but I never even finished Season 2. I guess it depends who you ask, there's plenty of people who love it all

 

I enjoyed I Care A Lot. Wasn't anything new or mind-blowing, but good film regardless.

 

I went into it expecting a lot more - it was whatever to me. She’s great though. And although she didn’t do much, that girl who played Alita is cool too.

I went in on CBS All Access today. I hope Paramount+ is gonna be cool.

I really disliked I Care a Lot despite it being very watchable

This movie ruled. He doesn't say a word for the entire run time. lol

 

Yeah it really wasn’t good and everyone is hyping it.

 

Sense is pretty meandering, nonsensical bs but I’m in too deep now. Does it ever start to tie together in any meaningful way/answer any questions?

 

Has anyone seen Stranger, it’s a South Korean detective crime/mystery on Netflix? I’m 3 episodes in and it’s pretty good. It’s got some twists and turns and the music can be a bit much after each reveal but even that grows on you. I really like the two leads.

 

Been watching Warrior on HBO Max. It rules pretty hard.

 

So hard. I hope that gets picked up or Tropper and Crew sign a big deal with max and keep making ridiculously badass television
