oh ok i had one tried to hook me up but my game is horrible and fucked it up but the girls weren't all that but one who dated hornswoggle wwe wrestler i remeber i was so excited to hang out with her we hung out and i did EVERYTHING wrong like spilled liquor on myself went though her phone walked with her in gas station while was getting beer just terrible :(

 

I've tried okc. No real luck there either. I had a few likes or whatever, but it was generally people I wasn't interested in.

I think at this point my best bet is to continue just hitting up new places/events and hope for the best. Although in those cases I guess I would have to be the person who tries to initiate with girls. Usually if I'm out, I like to focus on what I'm at the place for (i.e. concert, art show, poetry).

 

i think that is the best way to find someone online dating girls/woman have to many options but if you approach them you are the only one plus it is easier to get to know someone

Yeah, that last paragraph is spot on. You're going to find the people you want to date at the places that you want to be at. If you want to date someone with similar music tastes, the concerts you go to will have those people. Or the political and social issues you care about, the campaign HQs or local protests will have them there. Sports, poetry, food, activities, etc, same thing.

I'll try and strike up conversation when there are cute girls next to me at concerts pretty casually between sets, but nothing ever really happens after that. I need to work on my follow through.

I just go to a hookah lounge, start talking about Smash Mouth and people just rush to give me their numbers.

 

I used to be this way, but I hate being there with my nose stuck in my phone and hearing conversations that I think I could interject into and meet people. I'm super introverted, but it's something I've been pushing myself to do more at shows.

there have been multiple times where I've been wearing my Daniel Johnston shirt and people have showed me or told me they had Daniel Johnston tattoos, I don't know if that's the same thing just find that interesting

 

I wanna wear my BN shirt and when someone says "oh, you listen to Brand New" I'll reply "who's Brand New" and then walk away laughing at my own lame joke.

 

In hs this guy liked me but I didn't realize it at the time. He'd listen to the bands on my shirts and tell me they were cool and I was an awkward loser so I didn't get what he was doing and I'd be like "yeah I know" and walk away like an asshole.
