OK I’m ready for the event to start.

 

Still no blue Miltank, but got my second shiny Illumise this morning

 

Anyone doing this Saturday? I think my wife and I might buy a ticket for it... we both want Green though, trying to figure out if we actually should do different versions or if it doesn't really matter.

 

I went with the Green version. Almost went with Red because of Lickitung and Scyther, but Psyduck changed my mind.

 

I want to do a ticket, but I was originally supposed to work tomorrow so I didn’t. But now I have the flu, so playing from home is also probably a no go

 

Bought a ticket even though I’ll be playing from home most likely. Probably a waste of money

 

I was looking at the tasks and stuff, I think a lot can be done from home with insence and remote raid passes... Most

 

Does all of this have to be done in one day? Because dayum

 

Shiny Ditto and Shiny Mew research can be done whenever you want. The collection challenges are available for a week. I suggest focusing on catching the ones in the wild and Incense and the regionals in raids today and doing the evolutions, legendaries and trades with the other version when you got time later. And of course look for shinies today. Oh and also there's a timed research today where you have to beat some Challengers in Pokestops (probably like Grunt battles)

I don’t know how to remote raid battle. It never lets me join. Not that I’d be any help because all my strongest Pokémon are fainted and I haven’t gotten revives in like over a year

I completed the Kanto pokedex in full, and that's enough for me. Maybe I can get a few more shinies in the makeup event. I definitely noticed a major flaw for people under stay at home orders, and that's the lack of GO battlers due to the lack of Pokestops. They really shouldve put them in balloons too!

 

Went 9/10 on mewtwos, got one of each of the birds, and collected these shinies



overall a very productive day and now i need like a weeks break from this game lol

 

Added a magmar and a exeggcute, shinies. Had a shiny ryhorn run though. This is really the first time I’ve played all year. Couldn’t find anyone raiding so I don’t think I’ll get those raid tasks done. But this has me excited to play. I’d pay for this again

Not the worst way to spend a day on the couch with the flu. Created an alt to get through the trades and that also let me get through the Dratini research from like a year ago, too. That was nice.
