Wish it was the OG versions, but I'll take it. Hopefully if nothing else the gore returns to Sigma 2 and the fascinatingly bad water fx in Sigma 1 are fixed.

 

This is SO COOL.

 

Don’t know if anyone else is still playing MK11 but it’s apparently leaked they are continuing to release dlc in the coming months around the movie and the next pack includes Sareena, Smoke, Havik, and Deathstroke. Also a new level and movie skin for Sindel. (Annihilation, not the new one)

 

Started Crash 4 today, got through the first full world (the desert one). Already fantastic, just like a classic Crash game in all the best ways

Everybody played in retro mode right? I feel like not having to worry about your lives takes half the fun away

 

Oh dope! I just picked up MK11 Ultimate the other week when it was on sale.

 

Also just recently upgraded to that. Fujin is a beast of a character. Sheeva too.

 

it gets insanely hard, you might want to rethink that retro mode. (The game isn’t designed for it).

I didn’t love the game, it didn’t feel like a Crash game at all to me. And there are a ton of super frustrating (cheap) parts. But the level design, atmosphere and all that are on point. An insanely creative game

 

I've got Crash 4 preordered for the switch, looking forward to giving it a shot

Currently downloading Hades, about time I got to it.

 

Call of the sea and donut are on my list to play soon.

How were they?

 

Donut was a lot of fun, real short and easy.

Call of the Sea was a good puzzle game, just really slow (which is a pet peeve of mine).

 

I think I'm almost done with The Medium. Haven't been a huge fan of it unfortunately.

 

I downloaded the crash trilogy since it comes with the ps plus collection. I enjoyed it for about 10 minutes and now I don’t really plan on picking it back up. I feel like maybe some things should just stay in the past? I really enjoyed the Tony Hawk remaster from last year though. maybe I just hate platformers lol

 

Tony Hawk is great whereas Crash was originally for people who never played 3D Mario and therefore didn’t understand that they were being taken ;D

 

Original Crash trilogy (including the remaster) fucking rules, I won't stand for this

 

I do think Crash is an iconic character

 

Yeah, it's not good. The split worlds thing was neat, but that's about it.

Interesting, now I'm going to challenge myself to last as long on retro as I can then lol

And I think this totally feels like a classic Crash game to me, I went through the remasters like 6 months ago and this one feels just like those. Really loving it so far

 

Alright need some advice:

I currently use a three shelf open air tv stand with all my consoles on it as well. I got a new one from my in laws that’s nicer, but is enclosed. The back is open, but I’ll be having it up against a wall with minimal space between. The front does have two small windows that open. I’m nervous about putting my PS5 in there, and was wondering if anyone here has a similar set up. If you guys have any overheating problems with your consoles??

 

Should I pick up Outer Worlds?
