I would bet all of my money on Morgan coming to Angel City.

 

Ready for the USA/Canada match up this Thursday

 

US is probably going to wipe the floor with them tbh. The Canadians playing club for Lyon/PSG (aka some of their best) weren’t released for the matches and then there are several injuries including Sinclair.

 

Really? Dang. As long as Fleming gets to play for Canada then I’m good. I’m just ready to watch USA play a non friendly match. It’s been forever

 

I'll always be excited to watch the USWNT, but with the doubts over whether or not the Olympics will happen really dampens my excitement for this tournament.

I forgot Germany and France didn't qualify.

 

I forgot Great Britain is competing as a unified country. It's going to be really interesting to see who their 18 ends up being.

HAO annihilating Alexi Lalas on the pre-game just as I was about to tweet that he shouldn't ever be on USWNT coverage. Give her player of the match

 

For the first time ever I'm bummed I missed the pre-game and witnessing such an iconic burn.

Great corner to Sam’s head for the goal. But terrible defending from Portugal to even let that happen.

 

Well…USA’s 44 game unbeaten streak is over. We can still bounce back and win the next 2 group stage games

 

That streak had a pretty dodgy game against Sweden, iirc, pretty recently where we won a penalty that we shouldn't have like in the late 80'.

Still kind of a shock result, but also how did the team perform that poorly?
