Yeah, picked 12 in my one league and have to pick from there again next week in another. You end up being forced to reach for guys for almost guaranteeing they don't make it back to you.

If Lacy bounces back, that'll be of some help. Idk how I feel about L. Murray this year. Riddick is a pretty reliable RB in PPR. I also like the T. Sharpe pickup.

yea, RB is kind of up in the air but I got 3 PPR studs at WR and a stud TE so I am hoping that that makes up for it

Outside The Lines released a long read on Daily Fantasy if anyone is interested.

  5. PPR league draft tomorrow. Looking for opinions on which combo people prefer.

Lamar Miller and Keenan Allen/Mike Evans/Brandon Marshall
    or
DeAndre Hopkins/AJ Green and Mark Ingram

    Probably the latter

I go 2nd option but Miller and keenan Allen would be close

    Newbie

    12 team 1 PPR
    QB:Andy Dalton, Winston
RB:Demarco Murray, Arian Foster, Jay Ayaji, Matt Jones, Ameer Abdullah
    WR:D. Hopkins, A.Robinson, M. Evans, J. Landry, J. Gordon
TE:C. Clay (might pick up Virgil Green or C. Walford)

I need to trade for a RB any suggestions...i might want to do a hopkins for a rb not sure who?
or a wr and rb for a better rb

if i was doing a 2 for 1 there are some decent wrs i think might be good ellington and sharpe on ten, ginn jr, pryor on cle and fuller on hou

only rbs on free agents are a. morris, c. michael, d. washington

    Any suggestions?

Yeah you look great at WR. See if anyone bites for Evans for like Woodhead or Gio.

Will be interesting to see how things play out. I also have Dez in the dynasty league.

I still dont think its close enough for a trade straight up. If dak plays hes going to go to him every time and even force it so I dont think it'll lower his value by much, hes still the only reliable receiver they have. Maybe if they included a 1st next year I would've really thought about it.

For sure. I have Nuk and Dez. Need them to stay healthy. My bench is Moncrief, J Matthews, Sanu, and martavis Bryant. Standard scoring though so maybe I'm okay. My running backs are pretty stacked starter wise but again not much depth.

10 team PPR with bonuses for big rushing, receiving, passing games and return yards.

    QB: Brady, Cousins
RB: David Johnson, Bell, Gio, riddick
WR: Hilton, Landry, Cobb, Crabtree, Snead, Michael Thomas
    TE: Kelce, Julius Thomas
    D/ST: Bengals
    K: Catanzaro

Thoughts? The only picks I didn't like we're taking Julius Thomas in the 10th instead of trying for Witten a round or two later and having two Saints WRs. Hoping one of them emerges. Thinking about dropping one of them for Kenny stills.

    What do you all think?

  15. PPR, 10 team. 6th pick.

    QB - Taylor (14)
    WR - A.J. Green (1), Keenan Allen (3), Eric Decker (5), Donte Moncrief (6), Sterling Shepard (10)
RB - Lamar Miller (2), Latavius Murray (4), Frank Gore (7), Rashad Jennings (8), Charles Sims (9), Theo Riddick (12)
TE - Julius Thomas (11), Martellus Bennett (13)
    K - Hauschka (15)

Not bad. Don't like your QB situation and your TE situation could be tough but two high potential guys there. RB looks solid WR decent.....actually I take that back. You look great at WR

Your drafts look like a lot of my mock drafts haha Love Taylor. Great depth. Decker and Riddick are proven guys who usually have solid numbers and guys with a lot of potential in Sterling, Sims, Moncrief and Jennings.

Top two players have byes on the same week, but not that big of a deal.

Finished my main keeper auction afew hours ago. Ended up that the first 4 guys that i got in the draft were guys I had on my team last year lol. Doesn't make me feel good since that team ended like 4-9 or 5-8, but I do like my team. ended up with waaaaaaay too many receivers lol. It's PPR but still...and there were still like 3 or 4 other "sleeper" receivers I wanted. Also, if you think anyone went for too much money---Julio Jones went for $95 fuckin dollars. NINETY FIVE DOLLARS. Dudes in this league are not shy about spending big.

I ended up with way too many Eagles on my team, in a league full of Eagles fans that never happens. But I got good prices on all 3 of them, IMO

    QB-Tom Brady $13 (K)
    RB-Eddie Lacy $38
    RB-Latavius Murray $7 (K)
    WR-Antonio Brown $44 (K)
    WR-Brandon Marshall $11 (K)
    WR-Marvin Jones $25
    TE-Martellus Bennett $3 (K)
    W/R/T-Larry Fitzgerald $11

    Bench-Tyrod Taylor $1
    Bench-Ryan Matthews $6
    Bench-Chris Ivory $2
    Bench-Jordan Matthews $11
    Bench-Tyler Lockett $6 (K)
    Bench-Chris Hogan $1
    Bench-Zach Ertz $8

I think I have a pretty solid team, but I'm going to drive myself crazy trying to make linup decisions, which I haaaaaaaate. I'd rather just have a bunch of definite starters and then a crappy bench so I don't have to make choices lol. Anyone got any advice on who to start? Do I have the right guys in the line up there, or should I swap some dudes in and out.

For now yes. Lockett or Matthews could replace Marvin but wait and see. Ertz/Bennett will also be interesting to figure out. Might start Ertz when Brady is out.

Yeah I was leaning towards Ertz but as an Eagles fan I'm super pessimistic about their offense. But I figure if anyone has a chance to pop, it's him

Yeah and Matthews are about it haha

2nd draft of the day, snake draft this time...this one is a 12 team .5 PPR "keeper"...we can only keep 2 guys and no one has to keep anyone. They take the place of your 4th and 5th round draft picks regardless of when you got them last year, and only people drafted after 5th round are keeper eligible. I kept no one, and had #2 pick. Went zero-RB, even though I didn't intend to going into the draft. Just didn't like the RBs available early on.

    QB: Drew Brees (7)
    RB: DeMarco Murray (4)
    RB: Duke Johnson Jr (6)
    WR-Julio Jones (1)
    WR-Brandin Cooks (2)
    TE-Martellus Bennett (11)
    W/R/T-Amari Cooper (3)

    K-Hauschka (15)
    D/ST-Patriots (14)

    Bench-Marvin Jones (5)
    Bench-LaGarrette Blount (8)
    Bench-Tyler Lockett (9)
    Bench-Isaiah Crowell (10)
    Bench-Dion Lewis (12)
    Bench-Spencer Ware (13)

Took a few home run swings at RB where I could. Gonna stash Lewis in my IR slot and pick up whoever's available.

Drafting Wednesday. I'm trying to hype up Dak to get people to take him in the first 3 rounds.

    Drummer

You look good at QB and WR. RB and TE not so much, which begs this question: Which RBs did you pass up on that you took Cooks in the second round for? Cuz I'm not touching Cooks until round four, maybe round three.

  25. David87

    Prestigious Prestigious

The only one that went in round 3 that I would have been okay with taking there was Jeremy Hill. Other guys that went in round 3 were Forte, Hyde, and Latavius. All guys I didn't want that early.

I'm pretty high on Cooks this year, I think he has a borderline WR1 type year.
