if memory serves a lot of DTFM is actually from the MB sessions. I think "Robot", "Unbreak My Heart", "The Odd Couple" and the two bonus tracks were all in the running for Make Believe

my first thought for a lot of this album was "Busy Doin' Nothin'" off that album, glad I'm not alone there

removal of teal songs would help a ton

 

I absolutely like that playlist as much as any singles/Greatest Hits list. Even with the Girl Got Hot, which is one of my least favorite songs by them.

This is exactly me other than that I’d probably swap maladroit and EWBAITE

 

This is a very obvious statement, but "Where's My Sex" is honestly bad enough that I can understand people dismissing Hurley because of it.

 

This is how I feel about ‘Girl Got Hot’ and Raditude. As prolific as Rivers is, its extremely hard to imagine how some of these songs didn’t get cut.

 

The Girl Got Hot isn't even the worst song on Raditude though lol

 

It's not...and that's the sad part.

 

After going through their entire discography several times and marking down how much I enjoyed each individual song and the albums as a whole, and also taking into account how often I listen to each album, I've finally compiled a ranking (yay, what is dead may never die!) and I'm actually pretty surprised by how low certain records are.

The most obviously controversial would be Blue not making my top 5 (and putting MB and PD above it). Also surprised that Maladroit wasn't higher, but tastes change I suppose.

MB - perfect situation (we are all on drugs)

Raditude - i want you to (girl got hot)

Hurley - time flies (where’s my sex)

EWBAITE - british are coming (cleopatra)

White - endless bummer (got a good thing)

PD - mexican fender (get right)

Black - i’m just being honest (prince who wanted everything)

EWBAITE is absolutely a better album than Hurley front to back, I just think the highs on Hurley are higher. This is probably the best of the "average Weezer" albums. I'd put it behind White
