Season 2 starts and ends fantastic. The mid section is still mostly fun. Its pretty long compared to the first season but definitely worth finishing. Then there's the movie and season 3 which are essential.

That Wisteria project news is getting me hyped as hell.

 

knowing him, it won't be called either Wisteria or Unrecorded Night but something else altogether

those are both very cool imo tho

 

That announcement was too wholesome, I love him. It also sorta doubles as confirmation of what he's been up to, as he said in an interview that he'd take a break from the youtube channel once he started work on a new film/continuing story.

He copyrighted 13 episodes under the title "Unrecorded Night" so that seems the likely title.

 

hope that budget is gonna be right. give him all the money

 

I finally got around to re-watching The Return for the first time since it ended, and man, it's even better this 2nd time around. Holy cow.

 

All of Twin Peaks is somehow better after multiple viewings, more heartwarming, more terrifying, more satisfying in its irresolution.

I definitely didn't fully appreciate Dougie the first time through, but he's been my favorite every watchthrough since

 

No doubt. The first time watching it I think we all wanted the real Coop to come back asap, so Dougie became tiresome after a while. But now knowing everything, I appreciate Dougie much more. Each time he appears is usually my favorite part of each episode. Comedy gold.

 

NEED to rewatch at some point. I recently youtubed the scene where Carl Rodd witnesses the car crash and sees the child's soul floating away . . . so much love and mysterious beauty poured into every shot, every performance, no matter how strange.

 

Not just wanted the real Coop to come back, but expected him to come back much sooner than he did. Knowing that you’re not going to get that until the end makes the wait much more tolerable

 

I've been reading this awesome shot by shot analysis of the return on the Reddit and it's made me start up a full series rewatch. Does anyone have any good recommendations on podcasts, as far as deep dive analyses goes?
