I don’t think enough about what a fantastic record NMG is. Can’t wait for whatever is coming next (and coming soon apparently)

 

If their next LP is even half as great as Nearer My God, we’re in for another classic

 

This album is fantastic so I am very ready for what is next. I remember when it didn't get Best New Music I was very surprised (not that reviews matter buuuuuut).

 

They’ve said this one is a bit heavier right? Very interested, kinda wanna hear some blood brothers wails in there

 

it's been mentioned that there is some 7 string guitar on the record, i'm very interested!

who really needs a 7 string guitar I think the most legitimate use is to have an extra string on the bass side - but you got a bassist in your band and keyboards idk

 

Five string bass guitars and seven string electric guitars just remind me of a church band. Throw in that 12 string acoustic and it’s time to party.

 

7 strings rule, I am personally excited that they are dabbling with them.

(also, they covered Minerva by Deftones for their patreon, so something tells me they’re not gonna do Chon-esque shit with the 7-string)

Also why do we think that the black heart means something is coming soon? I mean it’s a good guess but am I missing something.

7 string guitar and 5 string bass sounds like Deftones to me, so if Foxing did their own version of a Deftones song I am here for it. Honestly thinking about it, Foxing would destroy a Deftones cover, maybe Digital Bath?

EDIT: Also Chon is fine, weird that people have extreme dislike for them.
