Truthfully, I suspect they have no access to the vaccine because they have no company healthcare plan. The NFL/NBA/etc all offer healthcare to players, thus they can go to Aetna or BlueCross or whoever administers that and say "hey, can we jump the line". WWE cant do shit except hope they county they are based in includes their employees in an earlier grouping

 

Vince is a billionaire. If he wanted his employees to get vaccinated, he could. He just doesn’t want to, imo.

 

In the sense that he can get the state of FL and county they are in to declare WWE as essential media work and put them in like, Vaccine Group 1C (eligible in say, late February) versus 2b (eligible in late spring), sure. In the sense that he can just acquire 200+ doses of the vaccine and hit the whole roster; like the OKC Thunder did with early COVID tests, 0% chance. There's federal guidelines and state executive orders that makes it impossible to jump the line at that scale, especially when supply is as low as it is.

Every House and Senate committee would love to drag Vince in and explain how he got perfectly healthy athletes the vaccine ahead of sick, 65+ year old people. And there is no way that it wouldnt leak to dirt sheets and the press that the roster was getting vaccinated.

 

Can an employer force you to get vaccinated? Seems like it could be a potential lawsuit for those that don’t want it. And half of these people don’t believe in Covid anyway so I doubt they are even in a rush to get a vaccine

 

They can basically tell you not to come to the office or location unless you're vaccinated. In NY, students can't even go to school without vaccinations. Covid vaccination will definitely be added to the list

Edit: I'll note that it can't be mandated on a federal level, but I believe it is on a state level. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here

I don’t know if it’s because I’ve barely watched, but I genuinely have no clue who’s winning the rumble this year, compared to most years

 

It’s not because you haven’t watched, it’s because they haven’t built anyone all year except Orton, Edge, Fiend, Roman, Lashley, Big E and Drew and the booking has been the worst it’s ever been. Even the people who have been pushed have been booked shitty except Roman and maybe Lashley.

 

Remember that awesome rumble when shinsuke won, every wrestling fan thought balor would have won a rumble by now from that instance

The Rumble that Shinsuke won they filmed a commercial where Ric Flair won the Rumble throwing out Miz. It was such a weird thing to see live.

Yeah Big E or Keith Lee would be my favorites on the men’s side. I really hope they don’t go with Edge. On the women’s side Rhea Ripley would be an obviously great choice.
