Remember playing Greedfall when it was first released. Was the light-Dragon Age that I really needed. Good game. Could have a LOT more variety for areas but still a fun play.

 

Very much a click bait title but it’s an interesting discussion. It’s seems Playstation is pulling away from the Japanese Market and focusing more on the US/UK. I wonder how this effect their relationship with studios based in Japan.

 

Beat Dark Souls, what a fucking game.

 

I really want to play Demon Souls but don’t want to have to get a PS5 just to do it.

 

Japanese developers that make console games that appeal to Western audiences won’t mind. Others will increasingly pivot towards Nintendo (for now at least, because the Switch is a handheld in Japan) and to an even larger extent phones anyway, because that’s what the Japanese market wants, so to them it won’t matter much either. It’s just where the industry is going for the foreseeable future.

Anyone who doesn’t put Bloodborne first is a weirdo

 

Bloodborne is my favorite but I’d still put Dark Souls 3 ahead of it tbh. And maybe even the original Dark Souls

 

I would say the remastered Dark Souls stands toe to toe with it.

 

This, played remastered a couple months ago and it was probably one of my favorite gaming experiences. Right up there with Bloodborne for me

 

It's so hard to pick between the ones I have recently beaten. I love Demon's Souls, Bloodborne and Dark Souls all for different reasons. After I finish 3 i'll try to make an order.

Putting anything 'last' feels wrong.

Bloodborne
Dark Souls Remastered
Demon's Souls Remastered

 

Where does Sekiro fall? I have heard it’s a good game despite the difficulty.

 

DS remastered just blew me away with how all of the areas were connected and flowed in an incredible way. Really have never experienced something like that.

 

Haven't touched it yet, it most certainly will be last for me haha. Going to do 3 then 2 then Sekiro.

 

Sekiro is great. Couldn’t beat the last boss, but it’s a very rewarding challenge.

 

Finally playing Miles Morales on the 5. Looks so good. Them snow flakes

DS3 is smooth as fuck, wow

 

My hot take is that DS3 is my fav of the trilogy. The combat took the speed of Bloodborne, and added it to the Souls format.

 

I’ve heard that before Demon Souls was remastered it’s the easiest of the three.

 

I haven't even tried to get a PS5 in like a month, has it gotten any easier
