I know this thread has messed me up because I just got an email ad for Whole Foods and my first thought was "more like whole paycheck"

Washing my face with a professional grade cleanser has been a total life changer for me. My acne on my face used to be awful and now I just get a rare one here and there

 

They need establishment types on record saying this was fine. They're going to try and distance themselves from Trump while attempting to appeal to his base, you need votes on records to say they're full of shit.

Yeah living with my fiancé has changed my routine for sure. She also helped me make the connection of, if I don’t wash my face, my pillowcase is nasty and if I don’t wash the pillowcase frequently, yuck

Pharmagel was a good one I used to use, there's a 3 step package you can get with cleanser, moisturizer, and a small spot check one for individual pimples. I really only used the cleanser tho. Since then, I use Murad Hydration Exfoliating Cleanser and I think it's been working just as well, if not better.

My fiancé is a hair stylist so she's able to order me them pretty cheap through a cosmotology supplier

Niceee, yeah they don't look cheap, but if they're effective I'm all for them. Especially good with white heads/black heads?

 

Yeah the exfoliating one especially . For non-exfoliating ones, I've found that very lightly scrubbing your face with your finger nails at first helps open up those blackheads and pores and then I'd gently rub it in from there. It does take awhile for the full effect and it may get worse before it gets better as it opens up those pores

Me now: And so this final step in my nightly skin care routine is a retinol and I need to make sure to stretch my back out before sleep so it doesn't cramp.
