Local pastors from my town went to DC. They won't protest for social justice, but will for a deranged reality tv show host. Yeah, that lines up with Jesus' moral teachings.

 

I knew Loeffler was appointed, hence the special election, but I didn’t realize until now that she was elected literally a year ago today. Her entire congressional career is (1) insider trading, (2) nothing else

 

Loeffler and her husband still need to be prosecuted. She shouldn’t just get to go and be super rich and it’s really not a punishment for someone like her to just lose an election

probably not. I don't think Mitch can block the votes on the AG picks from even happening. And the difference between someone Manchin votes for and someone Romney votes for is probably too negligible to make a difference -- Manchin would still push back on anyone too far to the left, while Romney would still accept a Doug Jones type
