The best birthday cake is Carvel Ice Cream Cake.

 

Ice cream cake is good.

Since my birthday is around Thanksgiving, though, my preferred celebratory desert is Dutch apple pie.

Strawberry pie in the summer rules, too.

 

I had a good friend with his birthday on Christmas. That must ruin a childhood.

 

Yeah, I’ve known a couple people with Christmas birthdays. Don’t envy them.

I was always a fan of my birthday landing on or next to Thanksgiving ‘cause that meant having no school that day. Which, my family for most birthdays would plan the celebration on a Sunday, so not a big deal, but still neat. Even in adulthood, I often get birthdays off to chill or get some Black Friday deals for myself or whatever.

 

I’m 12/31, and generally got combined birthday/Christmas presents to help ease the finances for my parents

i used to microwave it when i was a kid. i just let it sit out for 10 minutes or so now.

Cold water & room temp water have very different benefits. I prefer cold water the majority of the time, but I know more room temperature drinking water can be good in certain contexts.

 

Drinking warm water is like taking a bath inside you. It feels amazing and is good for you
