I personally would go Swift

I just don't see the upside with David Johnson

 

Team 1:
- Cook was his keeper from last season (2nd round)
- Traded for Thomas

Team 2:
- Traded for Carson
- His keeper was Metcalf (8th round)

Solid teams! Mine is also good but its because I absolutely nailed my draft and lucked out on some good trades for Hopkins and Allen.

QB: Josh Allen (lost Dak)
RB: Kamara, Gibson, Akers, RoJo, Mixon on IR
WR: Hopkins, Ridley, Jefferson (had Fuller as well)
TE: Gronk/Goedert

 

I have a feeling that Cam Akers is gonna be on a lot of Championship teams lol. If he keeps this up he absolutely saved me from the trade I made earlier in the year that made sense at the time, but in the end hurt me because Mixon never came back.

(I traded away James Robinson who I got on the waivers after the draft for Stefon Diggs Because I had Henry, Mixon, Gurley, David Johnson, and Gio Bernard)

But, with Mixon still out and Gurley, Johnson, and Bernard all being awful I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it past the first round. Akers performing the way he did has somewhat changed my perspective lol

Its amazing how, every year, a championship team can be made out of some random player having 4 good games and making the difference. Was just looking back at my championship teams, my 2015 team was Denard Robinson becoming a starter during fantasy playoffs + Jordan Reed had 3 straight 30+ point games. My 2018 team, it was Jamaal Williams becoming a starter for Weeks 15 + 16, and Jaylon Samuels becoming a starter then too, but being classified as a TE.

 

Which is why I have a team full of random bad players with weird position classifications just in case.

They said AJ Brown is expected to play so my 3 WRs are locked. What would you guys do for my RB2 and Flex?

Went from 99.9% out to 100% out. I hope he gets healthy soon but turf toe sucks. I’ll be nervous to start him even if he somehow plays next week.

 

I'm obviously no professional athlete but I got turf toe back in high school when I played soccer and I legit couldnt walk right for like 2 weeks

I need a WR2 and a Flex. Started Akers and I’m starting Taylor as my RBs. I’m 100% starting Diggs but I’m not feeling Evans. Who would you guys roll with in those 2 spots? 1pt PPR

 

I think you kinda gotta play Cooks and I would probably roll CEH

Miami's D has been good but their run D still isn't great

 

I agree with playing Cooks, he's been steady and has big upside potential.

I'd think Diggs/Cooks would be your WRs locked in, and Id probably roll Evans in the flex for the TD upside over CEH, since he's been so inconsistent lately.

How do we feel about Curtis Samuel? DJ Moore out and Denver lost Bouye to suspension.

 

Samuel gonna get a lot of touches IMO

He’s currently in there with Evans, I just don’t have the best feeling about it if his neck is bad. Could be overthinking lol
