Top 3 is probably Kyoto, Chinese Satellite, and I Know The End? But Savior Complex and Halloween make strong cases too.

 

i know the end and graceland are mountains above everything else on this album and i adore every single song.

 

Kyoto might be my second favorite, idk. Halloween is pretty easily my least favorite on the album, but I’d still give it like a 9.

 

I Know the End, Punisher, Garden Song, Kyoto, Chinese Satellite, Graceland Too, ICU, Halloween, Moon Song, DVD Menu, Savior Complex

 

At this point I’m cool with saying I like this more than Stranger, and Stranger was in my top 10 of the decade. I kinda like Phoebe.

 

What holds me back from calling I Know The End my easy favorite is that yes it's amazing, but it's amazing because of what came before it and how earned it was, so I feel like to say it's the best is a disservice to those songs in a way, if that makes any sense

 

I just want to be in a room packed full of people screaming to I Know The End :(

 

Savior Complex is Billie Eilish's favorite song so that's a thing

 

I liked Graceland Too from the first time I heard the album but I dove back in recently and it's def among my favorites now. Really awesome song and at that also totally pulls off being probably the least Phoebe Bridgers sounding Phoebe Bridgers track, just really cool all around.

when this first came out I remember recommending it to a friend and I made a comment about how she'd love it "especially the last song". this friend is less of a full album listener than I am and she friggin listened to I Know the End without listening to anything else! I was like man you are not hearing it the way it's intended to be heard.

 

Chinese Satellite is arguably my favorite Phoebe song at this point.

I could make that case for many of her songs though.

 

Graceland Too is def my favorite on this

 

Moon Song is my favorite with no competition

Yep. Folks are substituting epicness for songwriting and that's totally fine, but I know where my bread is buttered.

 

When I get to sing along to "BUT THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE" on "Chinese Satellite" I'm going to cry so hard.

honestly I think my top 5 Phoebe Bridgers songs are all on this album

 

"Funeral" and "Me & My Dog" would like a word...

Also she's now the legal writer of "You Missed My Heart" I don't make the rules.

 

yeah I hesitated to post that because of Scott Street but I’m standing by it!

 

But what about Killer???

 

Smoke Signals, Motion Sickness, Killer, Would You Rather, You Missed My Heart... all incredible. And honestly that whole entire album is. Like I said, I love everything she’s done.

 

giving this a listen now for the first time in a little while, Chinese Satellite is still my favorite but, man Graceland Too is so fucking good.
