I think it’s okay to say that you just don’t like Christmas movies.

 

Glad people are with me on Gremlins.

However, my “basic bitch” pick is that, yes, I do need to watch A Christmas Story at least one time through every year.

I haven’t seen the movie... is that the part of his life where he was romancing his cousin?

 

That’s basically Adam Sandler’s career. Justin Long recently said in an interview that after his movie Going the Distance bombed, he had a conversation with Adam Sandler and Sandler told him the reason it failed cuz Justin slimmed down and got in shape before production. Rom coms are only successful if the leading male is a schlub.

 

Disappointed that I’ve yet to see anyone mention the best movie of all time, Jim Carrey’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas

 

Good lord I hate that movie

 

This is a very good movie.

 

As someone who was obsessed with the cartoon as a child, I hated this movie and have still refused to watch the whole thing.

Gimmie the cartoon one tho plz

 

How is this real?

 

Just goes to show how broken our system is when the difference is that big, but if only ~22k voters in 3 states (AZ, GA, WI) voted the other way, we'd be looking at an electoral college tie.

 

It's a Wonderful Life and Shane Black movies are good Christmas viewing

I like that no one mentioned the CGI Grinch movie that came out last year. It’s either the very good (animated) or very bad (Jim Carrey version).
