Guess for the pandemic, our DMV is by appt-only but still allows up to 20 people inside at a time and then locks the doors. My fiance went in 10 minutes early for her appointment as requested, and still ended up sitting in the full waiting room for an hour.

So if we get covid we know why >_>. It's cool that they enforce social distancing in there and have a limit on people but ... 20 people seems like a lot to be indoors and an hour of exposure is scary.
