Yeah honestly it's super well executed it just jumps out at me as weird. It's like spot on how the movie looks.

 

I don't get what you mean by it's weird, it's specifically meant to look like that, even down to the low FPS. It'd be weird if it looked like that and it was supposed to maintain high FPS.

 

It quite literally looks like it's in slow motion but moving too fast. The rest of the map not maintaining that FPS makes the whole thing not look smooth to me.

 

Every day on Chorus there is one main character.

Honestly, I think it looks fine. Having everything else run at 12fps (not just Miles) would obviously make the game almost unplayable

 

And this 'being the main character', that's important to you?

 

Honestly that Miles movement thing is so spot on its uncanny. They've got it down to a T. Shows how much effort and care went into the development of the game. They could very, very easily have not done that and no one would really care. But for fans of the movie, that's so awesome.

 

Yeah man, it's a stylistic preference. To each their own, I wish I could enjoy it because the immersion would be awesome.
