Biden: waiting for CNN to call the race before he speaks

the standoff has reached 30 hours

 

I’m getting rationally angry that they’re not calling this

 

so one thing is for sure, if Trump was in Biden's position, he would have given his victory speech by now. Probably sometime yesterday or maybe even Wednesday.

Would the networks have called it then?
