    I know there are good arguments against life-long terms on the supreme court, but one argument for it is that they arguably aren't beholden to anyone once sworn in. What leverage does Trump have over the three justices he nominated? They don't have to run for another term ever.

    GA - 9,534 margin after Appling County just reported. Ten counties are left -- Clayton and Chatham among them.

    Edit: Apparently, the margin decreased by a grand total of 1 vote from Appling County, haha.

    yeah I mean Kav doesn't give a shit but I think ACB and Gorsuch especially do care about their ""~legacy~"" like Roberts does. And they're gonna be on the court forfuckingever and I dont think they wanna be remembered for bush v gore pt. 2 for their next 30 yrs on the bench. But who knows, I could be wrong

    "Pennsylvania’s top election official says it may take longer than expected to complete the count there. Her office says about 326,000 mail ballots still need to be counted."
